Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Source Manifest (the "Service"), operated by SourceManifest ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Source Manifest is an automated product-research tool for dropshippers. We scan eBay listings, cross-check candidate products against a set of filters (demand, seller profile, material/safety, supplier match, and profitability), and deliver the results that pass all checks to you as a Google Sheet.

The Service is a research and filtering tool, not a guarantee. We don't guarantee that any product we surface will sell, that our profit/ROI estimates will match your actual results, or that a product remains available or compliant with eBay's or AliExpress's own policies by the time you act on it. You're responsible for verifying a product and complying with the policies of any marketplace or supplier you use.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• One account per person/business — accounts may not be shared or resold.

4. Subscription and billing

• The Service is billed as a recurring monthly subscription. The current price is shown on our Pricing page.
• Payments are processed through JazzCash. We never see or store your card/account credentials — JazzCash handles payment collection directly.
• Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
• Refunds: we don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. You can cancel anytime from Settings; cancellation stops the next billing cycle, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• We may change pricing going forward; we'll give existing subscribers reasonable notice before a price change takes effect on their next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Service;
• Use the Service to violate eBay's, AliExpress's, Google's, or any other third party's terms of service;
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, automate account creation, or otherwise abuse the Service's infrastructure;
• Use the Service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on and interacts with third-party platforms — including eBay, AliExpress, Google (for sign-in and Google Sheets delivery), Apify, and JazzCash. We aren't affiliated with, and don't speak for, any of these companies. Your use of their platforms (e.g. actually listing or ordering products) is governed by their own terms, separate from ours.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its branding, and its underlying software belong to us. Product data surfaced through the Service (titles, images, prices) originates from eBay and AliExpress listings and remains the property of its original source — we don't claim ownership over it.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data it surfaces is complete or accurate. eBay/AliExpress data, pricing, and availability can change or be wrong at any time — decisions you make based on it are your own.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SourceManifest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
